8.0Logement au calme et proche de la nature. Équipements minimales et nécessaires dans la maison, sans superflu.
− Manque d'entretien des canalisations de la salle de bain, beaucoup de calcaire et impossibilité de faire couler de l'eau correctement aux deux robinets car mousseurs bouchés.
