10.0The chalet was nice and clean, we loved how cosy it was. The rooms were good, loved how big the room with bunkbeds was. All beds were very comfortable. Steve responded in a timely manner for issues that occurred. Kitchen stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, all that you may need. Welcome booklet was thorough and we appreciated the little signs around the place informing us of things. E.g. light switch locations.

10.0A great and cosy chalet, very worm with the fire place and plenty of chop wood for it. Very conmfy beds and pillows. And Steve, the owner, was very attentive and friendly. For sure we'll come back 🤗

10.0Convenience and comfortability was great! Well stocked private stand alone chalet with mezzanine room. Plenty of beds. We stayed warm and toasty around the fireplace. Beds were comfy lovely linen (that was important) xx thank you
− Spa needed cleaning … hence we only used it once. Didn’t mar our stay too much as its a lodge after all.

8.0The trampoline and spa were awesome. The fire heated well. We enjoyed being close to the mountain. The kitchen was small but adequate.
− It would be good to have as rubbish bin in the bathroom please. A fire guard would be helpful for families with young children.

A damage deposit of NZD 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
