4.0The actual location is good, and the hot tub is good, well maintained and easy to operate
− Many, many issues. The facilities were virtually nonexistent, the hot water was very inconsistent, the oven was poor and the signage on it has disappeared, there was no shower tray mat and no grab handle, plus two towels per person for a whole week with a hot tub and no drying vacillates, nowhere to hang a coat up, no loo roll, no soap, no salt/pepper, no tea/coffee/milk for a ‘welcome’ drink, a room that looked like a mixture of a sauna and a storage cupboard, make it one or the other, and the place to park was clearly for another cabin and the building equipment in the other parking area was never used all week. The only redeemable points were the location itself and the hot tub.
