10.0We LOVED the whole experience. Such an unusual place to stay... an authentic herdsmen-style chalet on the top of a plateau. Breathtaking views, dark gorgeous quiet nights, the sound of cow bells, and lovely impromptu visits from inquisitive cows early in the morning! The chalet was gorgeous - cosy, rustic, but with everything we needed. A magical experience.

8.0Beautiful view, comfortable chalet with all you can need - electric cooker, private bathroom (comfortable floor heating!), sauna, we didn't try the hot tub but it's there for purchase, you can also purchase food there - all what you could need for basic food needs, but of course more expensive than from a shop so we brought our food.
− You need to climb wooden stairs inside the chalet to go sleep - just to be careful if you travel with children, and if you need to go to bathroom during the night.

8.0Velika Planina je enkratna,tudi sama koča je v redu.
− Lokacija same koce, saj ni zasebnosti. Dodatno placali za Vikinski bazen 70 eur na dan, uporabljali smo ga le pol ure, predlagamo drugacno organozacijo glede samega gretja bazena-zjutraj bazen napolnijo, nato se greje cca 4 ure, potem pa je voda tako vroca da se ne mores kopati… s tem res nisva bila zadovoljna. Proti veceru gres lahko v vodo, je pa bila se vedno zelo vroca.

Velika planina is not accessible by car - only by cable car and seat elevator. Free parking is provided at the bottom station of cable car. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
