10.0Casa bonita, limpa, dentro de um condomínio muito aconchegante, cozinha bem completa, tem piscina, churrasqueira privativa, muito próxima da praia, a praia é linda (porém necessita cuidado com as ondas, são bem violentas).
− Apenas recomendo que, na área da escada interna da casa, seja colocada uma rede pois há risco de queda na sala para crianças pequenas/idosos.
