3.0it was a clam environment and a lovely lodge, Hot tub was clean
− We noticed the floors were unclean, with visible debris and sticky residue throughout. Additionally, the dish soap provided appeared to have been diluted, which made it difficult to properly clean any dishes. Most concerning was that cups were already dirty upon our arrival, which was very disappointing. While we understand the high cost of the stay may be reflective of maintenance and hot tub fees, we felt let down by the overall standard of cleanliness and presentation, especially considering we paid £300 for just two nights.

− Bathroom could do with a shelf or 2 for products and hooks on back of doors would be handy to hang towels/dressing gowns.
