10.0I have stayed at this property many times.It is my preferred place to stay when in the Waikato.It is convenient to the motorway, is very quiet,good takeaways at Matangi,well priced with all the needs for a travelling couple.
The perfect property for the National Fielddays and there were plenty of eateries nearby.

A great cottage to take a break from hustle and bustle. Perfect for what I needed.
9.0The cottage was a great place to escape to. A friendly welcoming host and well equiped cottage. Awesome views - just wish I had come in summer to explore them.

8.0Loved the surroundings and the spacious cottage.
− The TV didn't work. Wifi gave problems. Body wash in the bathroom was not refilled, hot chocolate box was empty. Another heater maybe.. But nothing major.
