− Some areas were missed after the cleaning.I could smell the odour of animals in the property,especially in the lounge area.Shower door wasn’t sealed enough,so water was leaking to the floor during showering.Toilet paper and cleaning sponge should be left as complimentary gesture.

Very cosy and comfortable holiday home
10.0We had a wonderful stay here! The house is equipped with everything needed for comfortable living, it is clean, warm enough and with a comfortable bed. The location is great too, quite close to the absolutely beautiful coast and a lovely town Bude. We will definitely stay here again!
Beautiful lodge, but...
8.0The Lodge was fantastically equipped and modern Superb location and only a few minutes from the nearby beach The views are amazing A bottle of prosseco on the table was a nice touch
− The penstowe site facilities was closed, swimming pools had been shut for a while with no communication of this. The bar and pool tables had opened the evening before we had arrived and was a little disorganised The cleanliness of the Lodge was poor with pet hairs everywhere, including in the bedding, we hadnt taken a pet but there was always a constant smell of a pet even with the french doors open.

9.0Great communication from owners before our holiday, looked exactly as it did in the photos and super clean! nice comfy beds, cleaning products available, iron, hoover etc. a nice comfortable base for our week in Cornwall
