Gute Lage und freundliches Personal, aber wegen des schlechten Zustands der Unterkunft sind wir vorzeitig abgereist.
3.0Die Lage war gut und ruhig. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich, hat unsere Reklamation ernst genommen und eine faire Lösung mit einer Erstattung der nicht genutzten Übernachtungen ermöglicht.
− Die Unterkunft war bei der Ankunft leider nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Es gab Schimmel im Badezimmer, eine verschmutzte Toilette, Staub, Haare und tote Insekten. Auch Küchenutensilien waren teilweise schmutzig. Zudem rochen die Bettwäsche und Textilien sehr stark nach Reinigungs- bzw. Duftmitteln, wodurch wir kaum schlafen konnten. Insgesamt entsprach der Zustand der Unterkunft nicht den Fotos. Aufgrund dieser Mängel haben wir den Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet.

− Sofa ist etwas unbequem und wenig Platz im Schlafzimmer.
