Heerlijk ruim chalet

Algehele staat chalet en tuin sterk verouderd en veel kapot.
3.0Positief was de locatie op het park en dicht bij het strandje, winkels, restaurants en terrasjes.
− De algehele staat van het chalet en de tuin was slecht. Alles was sterk verouderd en kapot. Het looppoortje kon alleen met een ijzerdraad worden gesloten. Bij betreden van de tuin stapten we al bijna in hondendrol. De tuin lag vol met afval van planten (kwam de eigenaar volgende dag met bladblazer alles wegblazen). Het gras, voor zover dat er nog was, was al lang niet gemaaid. Op veel plekken stonden brandnetels. Ook naast de trampoline voor kinderen, die overigens ook niet in goede conditie verkeerde. Tuinverlichting was er wel, maar werkte maar ten dele. Ook was de tuin niet volledig afgezet, dus hebben we voor dat deel maar een tuinstoel op zijn kant gezet. In de keuken ontbrak ook veel keukengerei zoals bijvoorbeeld een vergiet, pannen... De magnetron stond boven op de koelkast, die op zijn beurt weer bovenop de vaatwasser stond, dus enkel te bedienen door mensen van 2 meter hoog of meer. Nagenoeg alle deuren, keukenkastdeurtjes en badmeubeldeurtjes beschadigd/kapot, sommige stopcontacten zaten los, deurklinken zaten los en gammel, ondefinieerbare gaten in muren, vieze tegelvoegen of ontbreken van voegen en ga zo maar door. Het chalet wordt buiten het seizoen verhuurt aan arbeidsmigranten.
