9.0Alles was netjes op een prima locatie. Wat opviel was dat het allemaal heel goed onderhouden was. Er was niks op aan te merken. Veronica is een lieve host die echt haar best doet.

8.0Het huis zelf is wel lekker ruim, maar er zijn toch meerdere punten die we jammer vonden. Dit maakte het verblijf minder aangenaam.
− Erg jammer dat ze een hele hoge wisselkoers rekende voor Argentijnse pesos (1 euro = 1668). Hierdoor kwam de uiteindelijke prijs hoger uit dan wat via Booking was afgesproken. Daarnaast kun je alleen met contant geld betalen, terwijl het algemeen bekend is dat het duur is om te pinnen in El Calafate of El Chaltén. Western Union is bovendien vaak gesloten. Juist daarom is het extra jammer dat er, ondanks betaling in cash, een ongunstige en hoge wisselkoers werd gehanteerd. Het voelde alsof geld verdienen belangrijker was dan gastvrijheid. De zeep voor het handen wassen was al gebruikt door de vorige gasten (het soort zeep dat je normaal gesproken gratis in hotels krijgt). Niet erg hygiënisch. De keukenuitrusting is erg minimaal. Het mes is bot, de wc spoelt moeilijk door en de waterkoker werkt niet altijd.
