Disappointing
4.0The location is good
− This is the only negative review I have had to leave for any property we have booked through booking.com. The entry was not shoveled and there were several feet of snow that had to be traversed to get into the property. We called the owner about the snow and nothing was done. There is a ring camera on the door to the owner could very easily verify the amount of snow. The toilet is about to fall the floor and is not stable. The couch is broken. There was one (not full) roll of toilet paper and two garbage bags. Overall very disappointing. If the owner is not willing to maintain the property in the winter it should not be rented.
decent lodging close to the town and 15 minutes from the skiing at val st come.

− couches were full of pet hair, beds were not made up. we needed more blankets. the sponges in kitchen were really dirty.
