− We got not correct room number, had to change it but got no response from the manager to approval the change, but beside it everything was very good

There was a very negative experience, it is impossible to get to the hotel on the navigation to the specified address wh
1.0− There was a very negative experience, it is impossible to get to the hotel on the navigation to the specified address when you will be in the vicinity of not driving 5-6 km in the forest will be a dead end impossible to pass, we called the administration, they informed us that there is no road that in the winter period is not possible to get to the hotel, we were with a family of 3 children and this having made a colorful road to the hotel were in a very unpleasant and negative situation, we were offered to take a cab to the hotel, which asked for 100 euros one way, it was necessary to warn in advance or specify in the instructions and in the information or additionally write that there is no possibility to get to you by transport, for us it was a shock and a lot of stress and a lot of money wasted! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The attitude to the guests is such that we were obliged to know it without any information from the hotel! I do not recommend it to anyone!
