− Cafe da manhã muito simples. Nao tinha suco. Quarto nao tinha frigobar, nem TV.

1.0Recepcionista mal educada , não pude ficar na pousada por motivos pessoais de família , mandei mensagem me desculpando no mesmo dia em que eu fiz a reserva , pedi mil desculpas e fui tratada com 10 pedras mas mãos com chingamento de baixo calção
− Odiei o atendimento sem profissionalismo nenhum , eles são incapazes de lidar com o público, educação passou longe , sugiro eles estudarem etiqueta e atendimento ao cliente pra depois gerenciar a pousada

10.0Um dos melhores hostels que já fiquei. Muito limpo, organizado e quentinho!!! Extremamente preparado para receber o clima frio, desde o aquecedor no quarto até a água do chuveiro. O café da manhã foi especialmente agradável, primeira vez provando a famosa Cuca alemã e já se tornou meu novo doce favorito! Consegui guardar minha moto com segurança e dormi tranquila. Nota 10!
