Overall a beautiful space, but communication could really improve the overall experience.
6.0The spot itself is absolutely lovely and my partner proposed to me here.
− The communication with the staff wasn’t great. I had significant flight delays and wasn’t able to stay there the first night of my stay. There was no communication offering to refund me for that night or allowing me to come back another time for an extra night. Additionally the communication about checking in wasn’t great, I was worried with my flight delays about checking in late or having to meet someone, if they just told me no problem the door will be open, I wouldn’t have been stressing about checking in.
