3.0O terreno onde se localiza a pousada tem uma vista bonita para o mar
− O quarto que fiquei é ruim , muito exposto a entrada principal de Cumuruxatiba com ruídos altíssimos de veículos e fumaça de caminhões . Ao ligar o chuveiro, o disjuntor caia sempre . Preço de R$ 400,00 a diária e abusivo pelo que o quarto oferece . Mesmo se tratando de período de ano novo

3.0Localização ok, não é perto mas também não é longe do centro, cerca de 15 min andando
− O dono até que foi atencioso e solicito, porém limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O banheiro compartilhado com cortinas sujas e mofadas, água com gosto férrico e coloração amarelada. O quarto era ok, porém como o teto era sem foro conseguíamos ouvir e ser ouvindo em todos os cômodos e outros quartos do local, zero privacidade. Sabíamos que não tinha ar condicionado e ventilador porém muito quente os cômodos.
Pousada a beira mar com um ótimo custo.
