− A cobrança extra por cobertor. Além disso, tive uma situação muito preocupante relacionada à segurança. Reservei um quarto compartilhado feminino e, durante a madrugada, um hóspede homem entrou e se acomodou no quarto. A situação foi resolvida rapidamente após eu entrar em contato pelo WhatsApp, já que não há recepção física, e fui transferida para outro quarto. Segundo a equipe, houve uma confusão do sistema com o nome do hóspede. Apesar da rapidez na resolução, considero uma falha grave, pois fico pensando no que poderia ter acontecido se eu não tivesse acordado ou estivesse sob efeito de algum medicamento para dormir. Como mulher viajando sozinha, essa experiência me deixou extremamente desconfortável e insegura. Outro ponto é que os quartos próximos à entrada sofrem bastante com o barulho, já que as paredes são muito finas e é possível ouvir hóspedes entrando e saindo durante toda a madrugada.
