9.0Super locatie. Leuk zwembad en ligging net naast de rivier. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Leuk restaurant met mooi uitzicht.

4.0Es súper cerca semuc champey y la vista es espectacular.
− Tienen muchos problemas de comunicación, no son claros y nunca responden, íbamos dos chicas en el transporte que ofertan, el primero nos dejó sin ni siquiera comunicarse con el equipo del otro hotel y el siguiente fue súper tenebroso porque era muy tarde y paraba en talleres y amigos pero nunca se informaba nada, tomamos el shuttle hacía flores y en el camino se subió un miembro de una agencia y nos estafó.
Comida bien y vista espectacular en el tiempo que la pasmos ahí lo disfrutamos

− Las cabañas necesitan más mantenimiento, las ventanas están rotas y hay mucha humedad, Además que no hay agua caliente
