− Nothing major. The room could have been a bit cleaner, and the Wi-Fi faster. The location and staff were excellent.

8.0Loved the location, it was very convenient as it's right on New Market, MG marg. Apart from that, the people are the real asset here, very hospitable and amazing. Had a lovely stay, would love to come again.
− The rooms/dorms could've been a bit more clean and maintained. For example the bed light which wasn't working, the charging socket had a bit of an issue as it was getting disconnected frequently. These could be fixed. Apart from that everything was great

− This was my second time after 2023 but this time it’s totally disappointed for me no cleaning in toilet an in the room no drinking water in the lobby reception hardly available in desk olin one word good location with worst services

4.0Nothing! The hostel is extremely unhygienic. The dorm washrooms are in horrible condition and cleanliness seems to be completely neglected.
− Please have the cleaning staff pay more attention to hygiene, as the washrooms are extremely dirty. Your hostel is in a prime location, so maintaining cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority. I had booked for 3 days and paid the full amount. However, when I arrived at the hostel, I was shocked by the condition. The floors were dirty, and after checking two dorms, I found the washrooms to be in a horrible state. I immediately picked up my bag and rebooked my stay at Moustache Hostel, which was 100 times better in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and overall experience.
