− שירות קבלת המלון.טעות שיפור דחוף במהלך ציק אין ובעיקר חוסר הנגישות בהתכתבות בוואטסאפ על שירות לקוחות.אומנם מגיבים אך עם איחורים ועיכובים בלתי מסופקים וחלקים מתעלמים ולא מחזירים תשובות.אין נגישות כלםי לקוחות חירשים לדוגמה כפי שאנו היינו..חבל מאד.זה גורם לגריעת ציון גרוע מול הפידבקים והרושם החיובי של המקום והנוחיות והשירותים שמציעה האכסניה

− השער החשמלי - עובד הקבלה לא זמין מיידית וניתן להיתקע בחוץ דקות ארוכות
אירוח נעים, עונה על הציפיות ומעבר להן. שירות יעיל ואדיב.

− כדאי להציב שלט בבית הכנסת ובקבלה ובו זמני תפילות, לנוחות הציבור הרב הנעזר בכך. תוך הבהרה כי קיום מנין תלוי במתארחים וההנהלה אינה מתחייבת לכך.

− 6 coaches of school children stayed that night, I though a Histel would have youn Adults in, very noisy even when they had kindly given us a room as fat away as they coupd, but with children next door it was not the best nights sleep
