Clean, plenty of amenities, good location, good price for full kitchen and separate bedroom from rest of areas and balcony.

− Could of used outside sitting like picnic benches in grass, other then that the stay was satisfactory.

I liked the fact that it had a full kitchen to cook in.

− I booked this specific place because the listing boasted a spa tub. When we arrived their was no spa tub. The bedding was tossed on the floor so we couldn't tell what was clean or dirty. I texted both numbers I had for them asking for a call back. A very nice gentleman contacted me. He was very apologetic & embarrassed by the lack of cleanliness & seemed confused by the listing. He assured me the cleaners would return to clean the bedroom & I would be compensated for the misleading listing. I took that to mean I would get some if not all of my money back. The cleaners came back with sheets, pillowcases & a vacuum to straighten up the bedroom. The same pillows that were tossed on the floor were returned to the bed. I found a couple of clean sheets so we put one on top of the bed so my friend could sleep there. After seeing the mess upstairs I was afraid to open the pull out bed so I covered the couch in the other clean sheet & spent a very uncomfortable night there. It's been a week and the only contact I have had from them is a text asking for a good review. At this point I would just like my $220 back & to forget about that stay.

− Little to no heat available, in whole house. Not suitable for winter time rental, especially when outdoor temps are in the low 30's for a high. A partial refund was promised by host, almost 7 weeks ago, but never received.
