2.0− Eg vart svært skuffa over opphaldet på dette hotellet. Rommet var skittent og ekkelt, ingenting verka reint. På badet lekte det frå taket, og toalettet var i ein slik tilstand at det var ubehageleg å bruke. Heile opplevinga gav inntrykk av dårleg vedlikehald og manglande reinhald. Dette er ikkje ein stad eg kan anbefale vidare.

− Ужасно грязный, обшарпанный номер, дверные замки в номере не работают. Прокурено.
Даль потраченного времени на поездку в этот отель, жить не стали и никому не рекомендую.
3.0− Не понравилось всё- всё старое и сломанное, везде стоит запах табачного дыма.

6.0-Big room -location near East bus station -Very nice and helpful receptionist (with translator) -I could speak in English to friendly owners by phone The room was one of the "nicest rooms" I received.
− These are all kind suggestions, how this hotel could make it more attractive for the western market (booking.com etc) +Cleanliness: *Bathroom was not clean, shower + toilet, no toilet seat (receptionist was kind and cleaned for me after showing her the video) -Table was dirty and sticky -Sheets had cigarette holes (was changed then) -The room very cold (0° at night outside , the efficient receptionist could arrange a tiny portable heater) +Breakfast (bread, butter, boiled egg and peanuts) Piece of frozen Butter (was dirty, with a hair), Egg was fridge cold, no knife or spoon, Open peanuts in a small plate.. Alltogether the breakfast (presentation) could be given more hygienic and appealing. With little effort and interest...this hotel could be more appealing, it has potential.
