10.0In der Vorbereitung wurden Fragen sehr schnell und präzise beantwortet. Bei der Ankunft war jemand vor Ort und hat sich viel Zeit für die Erklärungen genommen. Im Chalet war alles bezugsbereit, das Kinderbett und der Kinderstuhl waren aufgestellt. Das Chalet selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts und ist dennoch ordentlich.

10.0Das Chalet ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Wir durften auch die Schlitten von dort brauchen. Zudem hat es ein Skifach in der Gondelstation wo man Ski und Schuhe deponieren kann was super praktisch ist. Die Gastgeaber sind sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt während dieser Woche und würden gerne wieder kommen.
