I stayed at Ostello Alfieri 2 for seven nights in a 6-bed female dorm, and I genuinely had a wonderful experience. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my time in Turin. The hostel is conveniently located with good public transport connections, making it simple to get around the city and reach the train stations, while supermarkets and places to eat are also within easy walking distance. Try the ice cream store next door :) One of the things that impressed me the most was the cleanliness. The rooms and shared areas were cleaned every day, and everything was consistently well maintained. The dorm itself was comfortable, and having a fridge in the room was an unexpected bonus that made it easy to store drinks and groceries during my week-long stay. The showers always had reliable hot water, which was especially appreciated after spending the day exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were always happy to answer questions and made the hostel feel warm and inviting. The Wi-Fi was reliable enough for planning my travels, and staying in touch with family and friends. Overall, I felt that they offered excellent value for money. Between the clean facilities, comfortable beds, convenient location, and genuinely kind staff, it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Turin and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and affordable hostel, especially solo travellers.
