Amazing, amazing, amazing.
10.0Truly a wonderful hostel, which feels more at home and personal than classical chain-hostel visits. I was especially impressed by how accommodating the hosts were: They will gladly help and be flexible for you if you need it. The view and location is also great, close to a frequent bus stop and a great view of both the city of Luzern and the nearby mountain landscape. I walked from the doorstep of the hostel to the top of Pilatus, the nearby towering mountain, and found three fellow guests the night before to join me. It really helped my experience. In addition, the neighbourhood is clean, safe, and currently has lots of beautiful flowers in bloom. The hostel offers modern technological solutions for self check-in, has great free wifi, and the hostel itsself is very clean and has a nice, luxurious feel, simultaneously creating a social atmosphere for guests to get to know each other and talk. I highly reccommend the hostel, and that you read the information you are sent upon booking to get the full picture of all the commodities you are being offered. 10/10 would stay again!
