3.0Het ontbijt was lekker en de locatie was goed
− Om jezelf Luna Internationaal te noemen, maar dan geen woord engels te praten, vinden wij een beetje ondermaats. Vervolgens gebruikten wij een vertaal-app om onze vragen te stelen omtrent de aangeboden tours volgens hun website& in het hostel zelf. Op deze vraag kregen we amper antwoord, waardoor we met een externe firma aan de slag gingen. Wij moesten een nachtbus halen en vroegen om een taxi, waarna zij ons op geen enkele mogelijke manier hielpen. Daarnaast hangen de douches vol schimmel/haar, hebben de gemeenschappelijke kamers geen gordijntjes aan de bedden en is het personeel niet gastvrij. Een les hospitality is geen luxe voor hen! Wij zouden dit hostel allesbehalve aanraden, ookal is de prijs wat lager dan andere hostels in de buurt
Hier wegblijven. Er is beter voor je geld.
6.0Het ontbijt en het kussen
− De douche ziet er best smoezelig uit, het personeel spreekt geen engels maar doet ook niet hun best om je te begrijpen. Binnentuin is oke maar er hangt denk ik overal was van de medewerkers. Smorgens nog voor 0700 (ook al was ik denk ik alleen) hoor je de poort met veel kabaal open en dicht gaan. Geen aanrader. De rest van de hele goede revieuws snap ik niet.

6.0The location was great, very close to the park and good places to eat.
− The layout is a bit confusing. We walked through the front door but the front desk people were across the street. There was also a dead cockroach in the shower.
Good value and comfortable hostel.
9.0My 9 rating is for the good location, great kitchen, enough bathroom/showers, and a tasty breakfast. Plenty of nice and comfy seating in a covered central courtyard. I stayed 3 nights and would stay again.
− Unfortunately, the staff knows little. In the past it seems there was more community based tourism via the Treehuggers group, but now sadly it is difficult to find information here. Don’t ask the chubby staff anything, she didn’t even tell about breakfast 😂 The other short lady is more helpful.
