7.0La propreté et le niveau correct des équipements et la reactivité du loueur.
− Le deposit trés peu visible dans l’annonce que j’ai découvert à postériori. Le remboursement est assez long et si tous les loueurs procèdent de cette façon, sur un séjour de 14 jours, on se retrouve avec une somme de 1750 LS dehors...d’autres parts, le paiement d’un deposit devrait nécessiter obligatoirement un check-in et check-out en présence du loueur ou de son représentant, ce qui n’a pas été le cas. Il existe certainement des assurances qui permettent aux loueurs de se protéger des dégradations éventuelles sans nécessiter un déposit...
