3.0Buchung 30.12 bis 01.01.2026 Die Umgebung einfach herrlich......Stundenlang spazieren.
− Tja leider kann ich was Sauberkeit angeht nicht zustimmen. Sauna total verdreckt, halbes Frühstück unter der Sitzecke, Kochfeld stark verschmutzt, Toiletten im ersten und zweiten Stock überall Urin- Haare etc. Hot Tub dreckig im ganzen Haus nur Spinnweben, Müll der Vormieter war auch da und vieles vieles mehr! Für zwei Nächte haben wir über 1500Euro bezahlt. Klar die Summe wäre angemessen wenn das ganze einstimmig wäre. Der Supervisor von S4You war super, Er sorgte dafür das eine Reinigungskraft um 19:30 nochmals putzte nur leider ohne wesentliche Verbesserungen! Nur konnte er aus der Ferne nicht viel machen und hat die Angelegenheit der Geschäftsführung mitgeteilt, diese hat sich bis heute noch nicht bei uns gemeldet. Ich könnte noch einen richtigen Roman hier rein schreiben. Ich warte mal ob sich die Geschäftsleitung vielleicht doch noch meldet.

10.0Die Lage und die Ausstattung waren perfekt, unsere Sauna hat am ersten Tag nicht funktioniert nach einem Anruf wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert und eine Lösung gefunden.

6.0It is a nice alpine hute, good option for a group.
− Terrible service, no toilet paper (it was ‘promised’ twice, nobody apologised when I called), poorly equipped. If you want wood for fire or hot tub is extra charged.

10.0Great location, close to Turracher hoche ski resort. Private sauna and hot tube was fantastic.
