− 1. Internet speed was poor, often < 50 mbps, which affected my working. I had called the manager a few times prior to arrival to get an assurance on Wi-Fi speed. I was assured that the internet speed will be more than 100 mbps. 2. Front desk wasn’t much of help in finding bikes on rental. 3. Location is difficult to reach because there are not enough signboard on the approach road.

When booking 8 beds or more, different policies may apply and the beds might be in different rooms.
We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
