Given sickness, the receptionist was able to move my booking without any extra fees to a different date.

− There was an error with my reservation. The hotel provided a room number, and I proceeded to occupy the assigned room. During the night, an individual aggressively knocked on my door, asserting that I was in an incorrect room. The following morning, I was informed that a mistake had occurred and an incorrect room number had been provided. While mistakes like that can happen, there were a couple of other issues. The bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom was not clean at all, there was a weird smell, and it was unbelievably hot.

− A limpeza do local é extremamente insatisfatória. Os banheiros, que são compartilhados, praticamente nunca são limpos. No dia em que cheguei, havia pequenos pedaços de papel na área do chuveiro. Esses papéis permaneceram exatamente no mesmo lugar até o dia em que fui embora, mais de uma semana depois, o que demonstra a ausência de limpeza durante todo o período. Além disso, o quarto estava muito sujo. Eu e meu colega desenvolvemos problemas respiratórios durante a estadia e não conseguíamos entender a causa, chegando a pensar que fosse devido ao corredor ser muito abafado. The shared bathrooms are rarely cleaned. On the day I arrived, there were small pieces of paper in the shower area, and they remained there until the day I checked out, more than a week later, clearly indicating that the bathrooms were not cleaned during my stay. The room was very dusty. My colleague and I both developed respiratory symptoms during our stay and initially thought they were caused by the stuffy hallway. On our last day, we looked under the beds and were surprised to find a large amount of accumulated dust, suggesting that the area had not been cleaned for a long time. The lack of cleanliness significantly affected our stay. In a property with shared facilities, maintaining proper hygiene is essential for guests' comfort and health.

− There is no elevator our room is in the 3rd floor we carry our laugage from bottom to top were very tired.
