8.0My cabin had a very nice view over the cow pasture, with sunset and a beautiful sky at night. It had heated up in the sun during the day and was still warm in the evening which was great at this time of the year.
− No towels provided! It's the only private room in NZ I've ever stayed where you have to bring your own. I had one of the cabins furthest away from the highway but you could still hear it a bit. It's not in walking distance to the Waitomo caves or other places, so you definitely need a car to get around. Overall, it's a bit expensive for what you get.
A bit like a ghost town. Very strange
