− Que nos dijeron que limpiaban al 5º día de estancia y jamás lo hicieron. Tuve que ir a recepción a pedir que limpiaran el baño después de 5 días de estancia.

Disappointing stay – noisy, smelly, uncomfortable, and poor breakfast

− I stayed here for 4 nights, but overall the experience was not very pleasant. The room was extremely small — I knew it would be small, but it also felt quite old and poorly maintained. The floor had old, dirty linoleum, and the small balcony was enclosed between walls, so the only view was the sky. The room had a very strong, unpleasant perfume smell, and the entire building constantly smelled like canteen food. The external bathroom, even though it was private, was almost unusable. The sink tap was broken, the shower had no curtain or walls, so water went everywhere, and the floor became a mess. The towels provided were very old as well. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during my stay — it connected but nothing loaded. On top of that, the place was extremely noisy, making it hard to relax or sleep. Breakfast was also very poor. There was a man asking how many slices of bread or ham you wanted, and the options were almost nonexistent — just some fake Nutella, a bit of butter, and that was it. The coffee was basically colored water. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hostel unless some serious renovations and improvements are made.
