3.0Purtroppo l’unica cosa positiva è la posizione buona perché è centrale, motivo per cui ho scelto di alloggiare qui, ed è stata l’unica cosa positiva
− Staff troppo disorganizzato, arrogante, non sanno parlare bene inglese, non capiscono e non cercano di trovare soluzioni a problemi causati da loro. Ci è capitato di prenotare la cena con messaggio su whatsapp (detto da loro), hanno confermato, ma una volta arrivate a cena ci dicono che è finita, siamo andate a letto digiune. Stessa cosa per la lezione di surf, prima conferma prenotazione per poi disdire la mattina stessa con arroganza. In più le ragazze che lavorano lì hanno parlato e guardato male tutto il tempo, come se fossimo noi il problema ad aver alloggiato lì durante la festività Eid al Adha, potevate semplicemente restare chiusi se non volevate lavorare. Cosa gravissima finale, ho prenotato airport shuttle la sera per andare in aeroporto e hanno dimenticato di avvisare il driver, in più hanno invertito gli orari e ho pagato 10€ in più due volte perché non avevano mai il resto. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata davvero negativa principalmente per lo staff generale, che mi ha fatto sentire più volte in difficoltà quando io ho pagato per alloggiare da voi e non ho ricevuto nessun servizio o buon trattamento.

− The entire staff were the rudest people we meet in Morocco! The guy didn't even get off the couch when we tried to check in. The people working there treat the hotel like they live there. Playing loud music, watching tv, hanging out and smoking with friends on the terrace. They don't even give you coffee for breakfast. The staff walk around drinking coffee but when you ask for a coffee they say no or you can pay 20 . They don't serve coffee with breakfast while the staff are seating there eating their breakfast with coffee!!! The girls working the breakfast most hate their jobs. No food before 9:30. They served eggs one day and when asked for bread they said they didn't have any. It was 9:30. How do you not prepare for your breakfast service? Horrible Horrible experience because of the staff. No one said hello or goodbye. It's like their hang out place and you are just in their way.
