The location is great, the bed is comfy and you have your privacy as much as possible, the common area is very nice.

− The bathrooms were clean mainly in the morning after that with so many people its a challenge. Also there is a smell from the cleaning products which i don’t like chemicals.

The location is great, for a short stay is passable.

− No elevator, the facilities are not so tidy, noisy, space is cramped with smell. If you spent less money on the next st, the upper cross st hostels are much well maintained.

Staff were so helpful, offering suggestions, this was the best part. The breakfast was good & the bed was comfy and the neighborhood is great with great food options around.

− The bathrooms were gross, just mold everywhere, the rooms are big and people can be noisy, the towels were musty, bags are all over the room, some suitcases literally blocking the walkway and the staff didnt say anything or move them. Annoying that to pay by card you have to go to another location, and when I went there they didn't have my information so I waited for 10 minutes then had to return later. For the price point, they can do better. Seems like there are cheaper accommodations available elsewhere.

Uncle and one lady receptionist are helpful and friendly.

− The shower is in the toilet, always wet. Stairs going up and down. No window in the room I was in. The rest of the other receptionist seem like they hate their job, don't speak good english, or both.
