I stayed here while traveling through northern Chile on my backpacking trip across South America, and it turned out to be an excellent place for anyone planning to explore San Pedro de Atacama or catch an early morning bus. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The hostel is conveniently close to the bus terminal, which made arriving and leaving incredibly easy. If you’re carrying a large backpack or catching one of the early buses, you’ll definitely appreciate not having to walk very far. Although the town center is about a 10-minute walk away, I found the distance perfectly reasonable, and it was easy to reach restaurants, supermarkets, and tour agencies whenever I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated that the showers and toilets were separate from the sleeping area. The bathrooms were well maintained, and it was a nice bonus that both shampoo and body wash were provided, something you don’t always find in budget accommodations. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay, allowing me to organize transportation, upload photos, and contact family without any problems. Breakfast was included each morning, which was already a nice benefit, but what impressed me even more was the staff’s thoughtfulness. On days when guests had to leave before breakfast service because of early tours or buses, they prepared snacks in advance so nobody had to start the day hungry. It may seem like a small gesture, but it’s exactly this kind of attention to detail that makes travelers feel genuinely cared for. The only minor issue I encountered was the door lock to the room. It was quite stiff and required a specific technique to open properly. At one point, I struggled to get inside while no staff members were nearby to help, which was a little frustrating after a long day of sightseeing. Once I learned how the lock worked, it became much easier, but I think it could certainly be improved. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay here.

清潔度是最棒的，能在沙漠地區把室內空間清潔的一塵不染真的很棒，感覺很舒適。熱水強、wifi也蠻快的。

O atendimento da Nayira é maravilhoso. Ela é muito solícita, simpática e prestativa. A disposição dos quartos também é bem interessante. Eles ficam em torno de um lobby central que é outdoor, deixando a estadia bem aconchegante. A localização também é outro ótimo diferencial. O café da manhã é simples, mas bem gostoso e satisfatório (inclusive fazem uma marmitinha se você precisar sair muito cedo para os passeios).

Um dos melhores hostel que já fiquei na vida! Fiquei extremamente surpreso com o cuidado dos funcionários com os hóspedes: eles perguntam todas as noites se vamos sair cedo na manhã seguinte, para que possam preparar um lanche de café da manhã. Além disso, a limpeza do local é invejável. Mesmo ficando em quarto compartilhado, com banheiro compartilhado, eles sempre mantiveram o quarto extremamente limpo, assim como o banheiro, algo que é um diferencial quando o assunto é hostel. O ambiente também é muito agradável, cheio de famílias e casais, então não tive problema com barulho ou incômodo de outros hóspedes. Se eu voltar para o Atacama novamente, com certeza esse será o local que ficarei, por acredito que deva ser o hostel com melhor custo benefício da região. Parabéns!!!
