− It is horrible experiences. In their back office of shiv shakti hostel staff particular Aman was non sense person he doesn't know how to deal a person who is 10 years customer. He cancelled my booking which was pay at hotel and did not take pain to inform me by email or whatsapp. Inspite of this he was accepting my late check in (7 PM to 8 PM ) request and confirming by ermail . Even after cancellation my booking by him.It is utter non sense.
