1.0Der Hotelier ist ein Betrüger. Nach der Buchung informierte er uns, dass das Hotel überbucht ist. Er würde uns aber ein gleichwertiges Zimmer (Deluxe) in einem alternativen Hotel empfehlen. Die alternative Unterkunft war ein runtergekommenes Hotel. Als wir darauf bestanden, uns die Differenz zu zahlen, meinte er, das sei nicht möglich. Erst nach Androhung der Polizei war er bereit eine kostenlose Stornierung vorzunehmen. Das Hotel kann nicht überbucht gewesen sein, da das Zimmer im selben Zeitraum auf der Platform als verfügbar angezeigt wurde.
− Unseriöses Geschäftsgebaren seitens des Hoteliers. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

10.0Ubicación inmejorable. Nos atendió Mohamed, y súper amable, nos ayudó michísimo con todas nuestras dudas. El hotel muy limpio. Tiene una terraza con unas vistas increíbles, y una zona común tipo jaima preciosa. Nos gustó mucho. Si vuelvo a ir, repetiré en este alojamiento sin ninguna duda.
