4.0− Nos tocó una habitación en la planta de arriba y no se podía estar del calor que hacía. Si nos hubiera tocado abajo probablemente se estaba mejor.

− A única questão foram os alimentos deixados pelos hóspedes, que ficaram fora do frigorífico, e devido ao calor, não ficaram bem, do resto estava tudo impecável.

8.0La ubicación era muy buena. Junto a la playa y alejada de la zona más concurrida por los turistas. El personal, atento.
− La habitación era extremadamente pequeña. El baño era muy pequeño y tenía un lavabo minúsculo, en el que era complicado lavarse.
