− No help from owner, with issue with room. Cleaning was very poor

− It is like a sharing apartment.but in a very bad condition.quite dirty in communal area and care was left behind a long time ago.using the oven make electricity go.sink in kitchen in poor condition and bathroom not very clean.the appartement is also very hot in communal area.communication and solution giving by the owner are non existent.

9.0I had a great stay in Loule. I knew the area well beforehand and the apartment is perfectly located for easy access to the whole town. Checking in and out was an easy process and I had a good sized room for the price.
− The bathroom needs a little bit of maintenance, and it was only on my third night that I discovered my aircon remote needed a new battery so hadn't been able to cool my room down at night.
