9.0The location is not far from busy area, the room is comfortable with 6 bed arrangement.
− Little bit loud because the hostel have a cafe in the lobby. Sometimes you can hear noise from outside. The toilet and shower only 1. Motorcycle park is limited.

8.0Clean and modern hostel facilities with modern bunk bed, common area overlooking beautiful mountains and part of town
− Can improve toilet facilities- need to have more options especially when there are multiple guests .currently only one at ground floor and another one upstairs. The toilet seat area needs more hangers for towels or clothes.
It is a fantastic stay
9.0The host is very helpful. The check in instruction is clear and easy to follow up. Overall the stay is fantastic. Shall be back if i visit Betong again.
− The hanger at the bathroom is quiet close to the water heater. The clothes might get wet easily.
