10.0Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, ilk gün bana ücretsiz otobüs durağindan hostele getire bileceklerini maille göndermişdiler. Hiçkimse size birşey satmak için kafanızı şişirmiyor. Odalar hergün temizleniyir kadin çalışanlar tarafından. Odada klimada var ve bu fiyata kahvaltı dahil

Lovely room but please give your dog a proper care😔
10.0Clean and tidy room
− They have a lovely dog but she was full of ticks and dirt, we tried to talk to the staff and we offer to take the dog to a vet clinic and pay ourselfs for the treatment and bath. They refuse saying that the dog was okay and the owner wouldn't approve that. They said that they take care of the dog and they all love her there, but the little dog was so sleepy all day, like she was tired and was very pale because of the ticks...I'm a vet nurse and I tried to explain that but I feel like they don't see the problem. I totally understand that the culture is different but that dog is very young and I would say she won't live much longer...what is so sad because she was very friendly. I really hope they realize that the condition of their dog is terrible and help her, or at least let others help.

7.0Zeer hartelijke ontvangst en wij wilde graag de ha giang loop doen en dat werd a la minute geregeld. Tony onze tourbegeleider was geweldig. Ze hadden goede motoren, beschermingsmiddelen en helmen. Was top geregeld en zeer vriendelijk.
− Er werd op het moment dat wij kwamen verbouwd, wat voor wat onrust zorgde. En ook de bedden waren aan de harde kant.

9.0Emplacement bien, à 10 mins en scoot du centre, possibilité de prêt de scoot de l'hôtel. Espaces communs très bien. Confort du lit et chambre propre. Ha giang faite acec l'hôtel c'etait merveilleux. Note spéciale au receptioniste très accueillant et aux petits soins merci!
