− 쿼드러플룸이라고 되어 있고 도미토리라는 말은 어디에도 없어서 현장에서 무료 취소를 요청했으나 프론트의 직원은 자기가 할 수 있는게 없다고 함. 부킹닷컴 어플로 무료 취소를 요청했지만, (제대로 된 안내가 없었기에 무료 취소 해주기를 바랬지만...) 결국 환불 받지 못함. 절대적으로 도미토리라는 말을 명시해야 함. 부킹닷컴 측의 대응도 소극적이고 실망스러움.

− 設備很多問題，廁所很髒沒有排水系統和拖把可以使用，所以總是很濕的地板，另外廚房也無法使用，加上我房間的燈也都壞掉了。 我想要洗衣服，他們收取了單次1500ft，我的匈牙利朋友也在這裡就讀大學，她說這個價錢實在不合理。
