The Cafe was the best part of the stay.

− Commuting to the market is a bit hasty. Either align yourself with the bus routine or keep a scooty with you.

View was good this is only good

− Property is far away from jibhi market , you have to walk for 3 4 km in hight to reach here or ypu can take taxi but once you reached taxi driver will not come for pickup and all . Regarding hospitallity : deluxe room have only bed and bath room no table side table or sny hooks so we csn hsng clotes, nothing good in room . Staff behaviour : we asked for cleaning he denied , thier is one cafe view is good but , nothing avilsble cafte get clide i. After noon from 3 to 6 and it will get closed at 9 pm we reached thier at 9:30 to ask dinner they denied they were waked up but they said no food at plave where is nothing nearby , they said no food if you are hungry we can do anything . So overall nothing good rather then view , so please dont come to this property

The property has a perfect location in Jibhi, a small walk from the main bus stand. The rooms had wide windows overlooking the mountains, the cafe and the balcony are such perfect and cozy indeed, you will feel nestled right on the Himalayan lap! It provides a calm environment. Shubham was very cooperative and helpful, even when we checked in at 6:30 am. He was the only staff in the whole property, and he tried to make us comfortable, provided warm drinking water whenever we asked, and arranged for food since the cafe was closed.

− The major issue was absence of any other staff apart from Shubham, that too on a busy long Christmas weekend, who was handling the entire property and all guests by himself. So though he was earnest in all his efforts, all expectations were not met. Secondly, the cafe was closed, because the chef/other staff members were away. So one of the prime factors for this property, their cafe, was missing. Shubham could only provide with some basic items like maggie, bread, and roti, but we had to have food outside everyday because of this. Third, there was no generator unlike some other properties nearby. So while other properties in the area had electricity via generator, we were mostly without light in the evenings and night.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Young Monk Hostel in Jibhi. The hospitality here truly stands out — the staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel comfortable and at home throughout my stay. The location is another major highlight. Nestled amidst the serene beauty of Jibhi, the hostel offers peaceful views, easy access to nearby trails, and market area. A calm environment that’s perfect for relaxing.
