− Cuando llegamos, el host tardó mucho en permitirnos el ingreso, ya que su personal de limpieza no había ido ese día. Y eso atrasó nuestro check-in. Luego al ingresar a la habitación, encontré una uñas sobre la mesa del cuarto, como si alguien se hubiera cortado las uñas en el cuarto.

4.0− La habitación no estaba limpia. Tenía un olor a humedad constante. La cama tampoco estaba limpia; mi pareja y yo volvimos con picados de chinches en todo el cuerpo!!! También sonó durante toda la estancia la alarma del detector de humo, lo cual fue molestoso.

10.0Quiet, safe, close to beach, a few minutes walk from the Olon centro, beautiful and varied tropical garden that the rooms overlook, well-designed beach-vibe rooms, excellent hot-water, and well-stocked kitchen. Could hear the surf from my room.
