10.0Personnel à l’écoute, je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de goûter au petit déjeuner car partie trop tôt. Un tableau d’affichage avec les horaires de bus/train/bateau m’a été très utile !

4.0The dorm is spacious and clean. There are lockers. Theres aso a kitchen that can be used.
− The wifi didn't work at all from the moment i checked in. When I asked the staff when it will be working again, they answered that they don't know, maybe tomorrow. They didn't seem motivated to fix anything. The wifi also didn't work the next day and neither the third day when i checked out. I also used the laundry service of the hostel, which was a very disappointing experience. Before giving them the laundry , I asked them when it would be finished as I had to take my bus the next day very early. They assured me that it will be finished at 8 in the evening. But at 8 when I went to pick up the laundry another person was working who didn't know anything about it. As the laundry wasn't finished, they kept postponing the time until I went to bed at 11 in the night without my laundry. The staff only laughed and didn't seem to take it serious. The next day, i found my laundry in the main hall, it was still wet and smelling bad. Overall very bad service and unmotivated staff.
