10.0It’s consistently spotlessly clean and tidy. What’s more, the host thoughtfully swapped the regular bed sheets for soft flannel ones in winter, making the space extra cozy and warm.

− Would appreciate the little things: salt/pepper in kotchen.shampoo in the showers, guidance for parking... Things easy to implement! When I book 2 rooms, I appreciate having my kids close to me , not at the antipodes of the building...

− The toilets did not have hand basins. If the shower or laundry were being used there wasn’t any other obvious place to wash your hands.
