Declined reservation by host due to arrival after 21:00. Very disappointing experience!
1.0Nothing at all. We were not let into the property at 21:30.
− 1 hour after accepting the reservation host declined it using an excuse, that check-in will be past 21:00. We were on the road with 2 children and were bitterly surprised to find that hotel doors are locked and nobody answers the phone!
