Disapointing and not why expected from a women hostel
3.0I liked the colors and location of the hostel.
− I did not like the shower set up, the smelly room, and that the hostel was not accommodating for flight delays. I had to pay to spend the night elsewhere because the hostel front desk would not accommodate for 30 minutes after 2 am. I felt scared and unsafe and did not feel like this women hostel was holding up to its standards. After meeting the front desk assistant at night I learned she planned on leaving to go bar hoping and was really only doing the job for the free housing. I asked for a reimbursement for the night I could not spend at the hostel and the hostel refused this.

9.0Limpieza, los espacios comunes y la buena ubicación se encuentra al lado del metro linea 4 y de comercios como farmacias, supermercado, etc.
− Las habitaciones tienen poca ventilación y la comodidad de la cama
