− Terrible experience. We booked a smoking room because the hotel explicitly offers both smoking and non-smoking options. Yet, on the day of check-out, staff told us to leave before the official check-out time because other guests complained about the smell of smoke. If you don’t want guests smoking, don’t offer smoking rooms. Punishing paying guests for using the room they booked is completely absurd and highly unprofessional. Misleading policies, poor management, and very disappointing service.
