− at arrival they didnt have my reservation made with 12 days before and then they refused my vacantion card as a form of paymant allthow it was the same card identification numbers i use for the booking and it was a guarantied reservation in my confirmation . I had to pay with a diffrent card. The rooms are dirty and verry smelly. NO AC in the room
